Ingredients

  • 2 or 3 squash
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
  • black pepper
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. milk

Directions

    Cook squash and carrots until tender and drain.

    Chop onion and celery. Saute in butter or margarine until tender.
  3. 3
    Mash first 4 ingredients. Blend the rest of the ingredients.

    Spray dish or pan with Pam.

    Pour in pan.

    Crumble 3 slices of bread and sprinkle on top.

    Melt margarine, butter or spray Pam on top. Sprinkle garlic powder. Bake at 350° until golden brown.
