- 2 or 3 squash
- 3 carrots
- 1 large onion
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
- black pepper
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. milk
Directions

1Cook squash and carrots until tender and drain.

2Chop onion and celery. Saute in butter or margarine until tender.

3Mash first 4 ingredients. Blend the rest of the ingredients.

4Spray dish or pan with Pam.

5Pour in pan.

6Crumble 3 slices of bread and sprinkle on top.

7Melt margarine, butter or spray Pam on top. Sprinkle garlic powder. Bake at 350° until golden brown.
