  • 2 lb. squash
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1/2 tsp. sage
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • paprika

Directions

    Cook squash in salted water; drain and mash.

    Add onion, sage, eggs and bread crumbs.

    Sprinkle grated cheese and paprika on top. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
