  • 6 c. sliced squash, boiled 3 minutes and drained
  • 1 pkg. cornbread, baked as usual, then crumbled and dried
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Mix squash, onion, soup and sour cream in a bowl.

    Melt margarine and mix with dried cornbread.
  3. 3
    Combine cornbread (except for 1 cup) with squash mixture and mix well.
