- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 onion
- 8 oz. grated cheese
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Cook squash and onion.

2Drain and mash.

3Add oleo and sugar. Place half of mixture in a casserole dish.

4Layer rest of ingredients.

5Add 1/2 of grated cheese.

6Add 1/2 can of soup.

7Add 1/2 of crackers.

8Repeat layers.

9Crackers will be on top.

10Bake at 300° until brown.
