  • 3 c. cooked squash
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 c. shredded cheese
  • 1/4 c. diced onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Boil and drain squash.
