- 2 lb. partially cooked yellow squash
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
- 1 can (undiluted) cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick margarine or butter
Directions

1Mix squash, salt, pepper, carrot, sour cream and soup.

2Melt butter in pan and mix in stuffing.

3Take 1/2 of stuffing out of pan.

4Pour in squash and top with other 1/2 of stuffing.

5Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.

6Make in a 2-quart casserole dish.
