- 2 or 3 c. cooked squash
- 1 onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 egg
- 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing mix
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Mash cooked squash.

2Add margarine, onion, soup, egg and stuffing mix.

3Pour 1/2 of mixture into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese on top.

4Put remaining mixture into dish. Sprinkle top with other cheese and some stuffing mix.

5Bake 30 minutes at 375°.
