Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. yellow squash
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Cook squash, onion, carrot and salt until tender.

    Drain well and mix sour cream and chicken soup.

    Pour into casserole dish. Top with dressing mix which has been stirred up with 1 stick melted margarine.

    Bake at 350° for about 1/2 hour.
