- 1 1/2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 carrot
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Cook squash, onion, carrot and salt until tender.

2Drain well and mix sour cream and chicken soup.

3Pour into casserole dish. Top with dressing mix which has been stirred up with 1 stick melted margarine.

4Bake at 350° for about 1/2 hour.
