- 2 lb. fresh squash, cook without salt
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/4 c. grated cheese
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
Directions

1Put cooked squash in baking dish; combine soup, cheese, milk, mayonnaise and egg.

2Pour mixture over squash.

3Combine crumbs and melted margarine and cheese; sprinkle on top.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
