- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- dash of garlic powder
- 8 oz. container sour cream
- salt and pepper (as desired)
- 2 large squash, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Saute onion and squash in butter until tender.

3Add salt, pepper and garlic powder; stir.

4In saucepan heat cream of chicken soup and mix all ingredients together. Pour mixture in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish and stir in sour cream.

5Top with bread crumbs.

6Bake 20 minutes.
