- 7 medium yellow squash
- 1 can creamed corn
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 stick oleo
- Ritz cracker crumbs
Directions

1Cook squash as usual.

2Saute onion and green pepper in oleo. Mix with cooked, drained squash.

3Beat egg.

4Mix with creamed corn.

5Mix with other ingredients.

6Pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle with Ritz cracker crumbs on top.

7Bake 1 hour at 350°.
