  • yellow crookneck squash
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 c. crackers
  • cheese

Directions

    Boil squash until tender.

    Drain and add 3/4 cup crumbled crackers, salt and pepper.

    Put in dish.

    Top with cheese and stick in preheated oven at 350° until cheese is melted.
