- 2 c. cooked squash
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except stuffing mix.

2Mix margarine with stuffing mix.

3Line bottom of pan with stuffing mix.

4Pour other ingredients over stuffing.

5Put 1/4 package of corn bread stuffing mix on top.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
