Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked squash (yellow or zucchini)
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing

Directions

    Melt margarine; add stuffing; put half of mixture into the bottom of a greased casserole dish.

    Mix other ingredients together and pour over stuffing; top with remaining stuffing. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Serves 6 to 8.
