Ingredients
- 3 lb. squash
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 c. shredded cheese, divided
- 1 sleeve crackers, crushed
- 1/2 c. salad dressing
Directions

1Cook squash in saltwater until tender.

2Drain water or cook squash until almost all water has cooked out.

3Add sugar, butter, salad dressing, 1/2 of cheese and crackers.

4Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.

5Top with remaining crackers and cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

6Remove foil and cook 5 to 10 minutes.
