- 1 stack Ritz crackers
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 medium, chopped onion
- 1 stick butter
- 12 oz. grated cheese
Directions

1Any type squash or combination will do; cook squash and onion in bouillon water until tender.

2Use just enough water to cover squash well.
