Ingredients
- 2 to 3 lb. cooked squash
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 small can green chilies, chopped (optional)
- 1 box Stove Top stuffing mix (chicken flavor)
- 1 stick oleo
- 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Melt oleo and pour over stuffing mix and seasoning.

2Let set. Cook squash, drain and mash.

3Add other vegetables, soup and sour cream.

4Add half of cheese and half of stuffing mix to vegetable mixture.

5Pour into greased casserole and top with remaining stuffing mix and remaining cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
