- 4 medium squash
- 1 medium onion
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 small can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
- 1 egg
- 2 c. precooked corn bread
Directions

1Cut squash to boil.

2Put into 2-quart saucepan.

3When soft, drain and mash.

4Saute onions in margarine.

5Now add squash, onions, margarine, soup and egg to corn bread crumbs; mix well. Season to taste.

6Bake in 350° oven for about 30 minutes or until brown.
