  • 2 lb. cooked, drained squash
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1 carton sour cream
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 large onion, cut fine
  • 1 pepper, cut fine
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 bag herb dressing

Directions

    Combine squash, onion, pepper, soup, carrots and seasoning with sour cream.

    Leaving enough to sprinkle over top, combine dressing with melted margarine.

    Combine squash mixture with dressing mixture in casserole.

    Sprinkle remaining dressing on top; bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
