- 2 lb. cooked, drained squash
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 carton sour cream
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 large onion, cut fine
- 1 pepper, cut fine
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bag herb dressing
Directions

1Combine squash, onion, pepper, soup, carrots and seasoning with sour cream.

2Leaving enough to sprinkle over top, combine dressing with melted margarine.

3Combine squash mixture with dressing mixture in casserole.

4Sprinkle remaining dressing on top; bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
