- 2 lb. cooked squash (either summer, yellow or zucchini)
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper
- 1 c. saltine cracker crumbs
Directions

1Cook squash and onions in small amount of water until soft. Drain.

2Mash squash and add butter and beaten eggs.

3Mix well, then add crumbs and milk and blend thoroughly.

4Add some of the cheese and mix in salt and pepper to taste.
