  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 1 c. shredded carrots
  • 2 lb. summer squash and zucchini, sliced
  • 8 oz. herb seasoned croutons
  • 1/2 c. melted butter

    Combine soup with sour cream.

    Fold in onions, carrots and squash.
