- 2 lb. yellow squash, sliced
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 small onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook squash and onion in a small amount of water until tender; drain. Season with salt and pepper. Add beaten egg, margarine and cheese. Pour into casserole dish. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Yields 6 servings.
