- 2 lb. squash
- 1 small jar cheese spread or 4 oz. Velveeta cheese
- 1 small can green chilies
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Slice squash thin; cook for 15 minutes.

2Drain.

3Place cheese in bottom of casserole dish.

4Add salt, squash and pepper.

5Add onion and green chilies; top with soup.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

7Yields 6 servings.
