- 1 qt. cooked squash
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
Directions

1Cook squash and onion until tender; let cool.

2Add sour cream, margarine, soup and dressing (save a little dressing for top of casserole).

3Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes until brown and bubbly.
