Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 qt. cooked squash
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken or mushroom soup

Directions

    Cook squash and onion until tender; let cool.

    Add sour cream, margarine, soup and dressing (save a little dressing for top of casserole).

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes until brown and bubbly.
