- 1 1/2 c. cooked squash
- 1 c. medium sharp cheese, diced
- 3 Tbsp. pimentos, chopped
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 c. milk, scalded
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, adding hot milk last.

2Pour into well-greased 6 x 12-inch baking dish. Bake 1 hour in a 350° oven. Serve hot.
