- 2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 small onion
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Directions

1Cook squash and onion until tender.

2Drain well.

3Add butter and eggs.

4Stir.

5Add soup, salt and pepper.

6Place in a buttered casserole and top with a thin layer of cracker crumbs.

7Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
