Squash Casserole

  • 4 or 5 yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 small jar pimentos

Directions

    Cook squash and onions until done.

    Mix together with remaining ingredients.

    Sprinkle more of the bread crumbs across the top and bake at 350° for about 20 minutes.
