  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • salt to taste
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb. or 1 large pkg. grated cheese
  • 1 box medium Ritz crackers
