  • 2 c. cooked yellow summer squash
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

    Mash squash in large mixing bowl.

    Add rest of ingredients, except cheese.

    Put in greased casserole.
