- 3 c. stewed squash
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 lb. cheese
- 1 pkg. stuffing mix, divided
- 1/4 stick butter
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Butter dish.

2Place 1/2 package of stuffing on bottom.

3Mix together squash, salt, pepper, beaten eggs, soup, sour cream, half of cheese and 1/4 of the stuffing; pour over crumbs.

4Add 1/4 package stuffing, sprinkling on top.

5Dot with butter.

6Sprinkle on remaining cheese.

7Bake at 300° for 30 minutes.
