  • 4 c. squash
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 stick melted butter
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 1/2 bag cornbread stuffing mix

    Slice and boil squash until tender.
