  • 2 lb. squash
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 grated onion
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 4 oz. seasoned bread crumbs (Pepperidge Farm stuffing)
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Cook squash until tender; drain thoroughly.

    Add remaining ingredients reserving half of crumbs for top.

    Pour in casserole sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

    Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top.

    Bake at 350° until bubbly!
