- 2 lb. squash
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 lb. grated cheese
Directions

1Peel the squash.

2Mix squash, diced onion, salt and sugar in a pot

3with water.

4Boil for 15 minutes, then drain.

5In a separate bowl, mix melted margarine, flour, eggs, milk and grated cheese. Add cooked squash to bowl.

6Mix together, then pour into casserole dish.

7Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
