- 6 to 8 small squash
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. onion
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook squash and drain.

2Add butter, bouillon, onion, salt and pepper.

3Add well beaten egg and mix.

4Add sour cream.

5Pour into greased 1-quart baking dish.

6Make topping of crumbs, cheese and paprika.

7Sprinkle over top of squash.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
