  • 1 1/2 lb. cooked yellow squash
  • 1 Tbsp. Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 c. crushed cheese crackers, divided (save 1/2)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 stick melted butter
  • 1 tsp. baking powder

Directions

    Mix all together well.

    Bake at 400° for 35 to 40 minutes, covered. Mix the saved 1/2 of the cheese crackers with 4 ounces grated cheese.

    Pour over casserole and bake, uncovered, 10 minutes.
