- 1 1/2 lb. cooked yellow squash
- 1 Tbsp. Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 c. crushed cheese crackers, divided (save 1/2)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 1 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Mix all together well.

2Bake at 400° for 35 to 40 minutes, covered. Mix the saved 1/2 of the cheese crackers with 4 ounces grated cheese.

3Pour over casserole and bake, uncovered, 10 minutes.
