  • 6 to 8 large squash
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 10 saltine crackers
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • black pepper to taste

Directions

    Boil squash in salt water until tender.

    Drain.

    Add all the other ingredients and mix well.

    Bake in casserole dish in 450° oven for 20 minutes.
