- 2 c. cooked squash
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 2/3 stick melted butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (more if needed)
- 1 c. cornbread crumbs
Directions

1Drain squash after it has been cooked.

2Mash and add cheese, onion and mushroom soup.

3Put in baking dish and sprinkle with cornbread crumbs over top and drizzle with butter.

4Bake until brown and bubbly.
