Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked squash
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 2/3 stick melted butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (more if needed)
  • 1 c. cornbread crumbs

Directions

    Drain squash after it has been cooked.

    Mash and add cheese, onion and mushroom soup.

    Put in baking dish and sprinkle with cornbread crumbs over top and drizzle with butter.

    Bake until brown and bubbly.
