- 3 c. squash, cooked
- 1 c. cheese, grated
- 2 eggs, beaten
- margarine
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix cooked squash, soup, onion, cheese, beaten eggs, salt and pepper and cracker crumbs.

2Pour into a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.

3Top with additional crushed crumbs and dot with margarine.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until brown.
