- 1 1/2 lb. cooked and seasoned squash
- 1 small jar chopped pimento
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 small onions, diced
- 1 c. sour cream
- 4 small carrots, grated fine
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Mix squash, soup, onions, sour cream, carrots, pimento and 1/2 package herb stuffing mix.

2Melt butter and stir in remainder of herb stuffing mix.

3Line dish with stuffing crumb mixture holding back part of crumbs to sprinkle on top.

4Bake about 30 minutes at 325°.
