- 2 lb. squash (6 c.), sliced
- 1/4 c. onions
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 1 c. sour cream
- 8 oz. box dressing mix
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- grated cheese
Directions

1Boil squash and onions 5 minutes.

2Combine everything except stuffing, butter and cheese.

3Mix butter and stuffing in bottom of pan.

4Sprinkle stuffing and cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
