  • 2 lb. squash (6 c.), sliced
  • 1/4 c. onions
  • 1 c. shredded carrots
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 8 oz. box dressing mix
  • 1 c. cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • grated cheese

Directions

    Boil squash and onions 5 minutes.

    Combine everything except stuffing, butter and cheese.

    Mix butter and stuffing in bottom of pan.

    Sprinkle stuffing and cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
