  • 3 or 4 c. cooked squash
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
  • 14 or 15 Town House crackers
  • 1/2 stick butter

Directions

    Beat eggs in baking dish.

    Add milk and chicken soup.

    Mix well.

    Add cheese and cracker crumbs, then stir in cooked squash (drained).

    Add butter.

    Top with cracker crumbs.

    Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
