- 3 c. yellow crookneck squash, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. carrots, finely grated
- 3 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Cook squash, carrot and onion in small amount of salted water until tender.

2Drain and mash.

3Add sour cream and soup and mix well.

4Melt margarine; combine with dressing mix.

5Place a layer of dressing mix in bottom of baking dish.

6Add squash mixture; top with remaining dressing mix.

7Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
