  • 3 lb. butternut squash
  • 6 beaten eggs or egg substitute
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Cut squash; cook and mash.

    Add other ingredients and blend well.

    Bake at 350° for one hour.

    Test for doneness by inserting fork in the center.
