- 3 or 4 yellow squash
- 1 medium onion
- salt
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. crumbs (I use part seasoned stuffing)
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Cook squash in small amount of water; should be about 3 cups when done.

2Mash coarsely and add rest of ingredients.

3Pour into buttered casserole dish.

4Sprinkle top with crumbs and grated cheese.

5Bake at 325° to 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
