- 2 c. sliced yellow squash
- 1/2 c. sliced onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cans water
Directions

1Spread uncooked rice in flat baking dish.

2Pour melted oleo over rice.

3Next, spread squash and onion slices.

4Mix soup and water well; pour over all.
