- 5 c. cheese, grated
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 3 bell peppers
- 1 doz. small squash
- 3 small onions
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- salt to taste
Directions

1Dice squash and precook.

2Saute bell pepper and onions together.

3Put squash in bottom of dish.

4Place onions and bell peppers on top of squash.

5Put soup on thin grated cheese.

6Top with bread crumbs and butter.

7Cook 30 minutes at 225°.
