  • 5 c. cheese, grated
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 1 doz. small squash
  • 3 small onions
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Dice squash and precook.

    Saute bell pepper and onions together.

    Put squash in bottom of dish.

    Place onions and bell peppers on top of squash.

    Put soup on thin grated cheese.

    Top with bread crumbs and butter.

    Cook 30 minutes at 225°.
