Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 lb. squash, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. cheese, grated
- 1 c. cracker crumbs, melted with margarine
- 1 small bell pepper, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute onion in margarine.

2Add squash and cook until tender. Add all other ingredients except cracker crumbs.

3Pour in casserole dish.

4Top with cracker crumbs, that are mixed with margarine.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until brown on top.
