Ingredients

  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 4 c. cooked squash, drained
  • 3 small shredded carrots
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. stuffing mix

Directions

    Mix all ingredients (except stuffing) and pour into baking dish or pan.

    Sprinkle stuffing mix on top.

    Bake at 350° about 1/2 hour or until top is browned.
