  • 2 lb. squash (approximately 6), cooked and drained
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. cream of chicken soup
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium carrot, grated
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 pkg. herb Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
