- 3 c. squash
- salt to taste
- 2 tsp. minced onion
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 stick melted oleo
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 can celery soup or mushroom or chicken soup
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cook squash until tender; drain.

2Return to pot.

3Add salt, sour cream and onion.

4Mix. Mix together the oleo and stuffing mix. Place 1/2 in bottom of casserole dish.

5Pour and spread the soup mixture over the top; do not stir.

6Put remaining stuffing mix on top.

7Bake at 350° until hot and bubbly.

8Sprinkle cheese on top. Cook until brown.

9Serves 8.
